Your information in the pilot.

Pilot-access requests

The request form collects your name, email address, role and any optional message. We use this information to review pilot requests, respond to questions and arrange invitations. It does not create an account or enroll you in a mailing list or paid subscription.

Requests are kept in a private list available to the project owner. Other pilot testers cannot read them. Please do not submit resident or patient information.

Application accounts and saved pages

Invited users provide an email address and choose a password through the account service. Saved pages and private notes are associated with your account. They are not shared with other testers.

Cookies and PDF caching

The application uses sign-in cookies to keep you signed in. It can store verified parts of PDFs on your device to speed up reading. Signing out clears that PDF cache; you can also clear it from Source directory & account. This removes cached document data, not your saved-page list.

Service providers

Regulatory Shelf uses Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for accounts, application data and private PDF storage, Cloudflare for domain services, and Resend for account emails. These services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

No advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics have been added to this pilot website. Hosting providers may retain operational and security logs.

Questions and removal requests

We retain inquiry information while reviewing pilot access and related correspondence. To ask about your information or request its removal, use the private contact form. Include the email address associated with your inquiry or account. We may need to confirm your identity before changing account information.

Changes to this notice

The pilot may evolve. This page will be updated when the information collected or how it is used changes.
